I've been thinking of creating an entire meal with hemp protein powder recipes, so here's the hemp and avocado starter.
This is another recipe that's very easy and quick to prepare. Many times you just need a bit of time to use your imagination to find a way to combine different ingredients and make a meal more exciting, also visually.
Doses per 1 person
Cut the avocado in half and gently separate the two halves. Remove the big seed (you can place it in a pot with some soil and it will soon grow into a nice plant). With a spoon, scoop the flesh out of the avocado skin, paying attention not to break it, and cut it in chunks.
Separately, mix the yogurt with the hemp protein powder and mint, mixing everything well to obtain a creamy texture.
For a more exotic presentation, place the avocado pieces in the avocado skin, otherwise in a small bowl. Pour one spoonful of the yogurt and hemp cream on the avocado, one teaspoon of hemp oil and decorate with some fresh mint leaves from the tip of the plant. Place the rest of the cream in a small bowl, one per person, to add it to the avocado.
You can put in the fridge for at least 10 minutes, just enough time to drink your aperitivo. Then serve it chilled and you are ready to start your hemp protein powder meal!
