This is my favourite post-workout recipe, another quick and easy dessert recipe that you don’t need to cook. It is the perfect way to use those very ripe and soft bananas that not everybody likes on their own (I love them, they're so sweet!).
Remeber, it is always very important to make a nice presentation, so use your imagination.
Doses for 1 person
Mash the banana with a fork, leaving some pieces visible. Add hemp protein powder, mint and cinnamon, mixing everything well. You should obtain a quite thick mix. Place this in a small bowl, give it a nice round shape and add something for decoration.
Just find something in your kitchen, it could be a couple of fresh mint leaves or some small berries, flowers or some cake decoration like in the picture. That’s what I had at hand, forgotten in a bag at the bottom of the cupboard!
Put in the fridge for at least 10 minutes and serve chilled.
